Owners Usage

Owners have no limit on the number of days they can stay in their apartment. Usage of up to 29 days per year is free of any fees. From day 30 (consecutive or not) onward, the owner becomes subject to a monthly Owner’s Club membership fee. This fee includes building management and access to all clubs worldwide. The fee levels are €200/month for 2-Bedroom units and €300/month for 3-Bedroom units.

In addition, condominium fees of €2 per sqm and utility expenses for the unit are also charged during the period of personal use.
